In February of 2017 I'm going abroad and my room mates (2 girls) can't affor the rent alone. Thus we are looking for students (preferably girls) that are coming to Madrid, Spain, in January or February of 2017 and replace me in the flat. It would be a flat of 3 rooms near the campus of Universidad Carlos III (uc3m) of Leganés.
We haven't yet signed the contract for the next year and we don't have any concrete information, but we would like to find a room mate as soon as possible.
