1 guy and 1 girl looking for two rooms in a flat share

Hi.

I'm Jake, I'm from England and me and my course mate are looking for two seperate rooms in a flat/apartment share.

I am 25 and my friend is 21.

We want two seperate rooms in a flat/apartment that is close to a metro station so that we can get to UCM easily, but we would also like to be near some bars, restaurants, shops etc.

I speak fluent English and I will be studying Spanish, German and Dutch. I love going to see DJs play, going to festivals, learning new languages and meeting new people.

My friend is also fluent in English and she will be studying Spanish and Italian.

We are both really friendly, tidy and sociable, and we also enjoying partying and being spontaneous. Even though we love partying, we aren't idiots who are really loud and rude. 

It would be great if at least one flat mate is a native Spanish speaker because we want our level of speaking to improve while we are in Madrid. But it would also be cool to live with other people who's language we are studying.
