Madrid accomodation in Boadilla de Chinchon 67

hi, i would like to write a review about an apartment at Boadilla de Chinchon 67, Madrid. The apartment is in a very bad condition, everything was dirty and not ready for arrival. There are no suitable pots in the kitchen to cook anything, they are all burnt. There are 3 forks for 6 people. The chairs are all broken, there is no way to sit on them. The bathroom is falling apart and upon arrival we were told that there is no hot water, so we have to wash in the cold, because it is hot outside. Hot water has been gone for over a week. The owner, at our objections, suggested that you CAN'T believe everything that is on the internet, even though the photos were 100% authentic. Even the vacuum cleaner does not work, after which the owner said that it is not a hotel, so we can buy a vacuum cleaner ourselves. The payment is huge, for such conditions, I would not pay even 50 euros. I do not recommend this place and I would advise you to seriously consider such an offer and seriously check whether the apartment is suitable for living.

Unfortunately, the same situation happened to me. Before moving into the room, I had to clean it myself, because I was disgusted with touching anything. Pictures are fiction, they do not describe the condition of the apartment in any way. Lack of hot water is a joke. The pots are burned, it's a disaster, the board is so dirty that you can't cut anything. I could add photos from the day of my arrival but I will save you such a view. I definitely do not recommend. The worst flat I've ever stayed in, owners very unprofessional.
