We are a young and dynamic French company that started business in 2007 that sells costumes and party accessories. The company has steadily grown and is selling in many European Countries today. For our UK/ Swedish/Norwegian/Danish web presence we are currently looking for an e- merchandisers.

Tasks for this position include:

• Web content management:
  • Make sure the site is operating correctly
  • Report problems to superior
  • Optimize traffic
  • Update catalogue (visual, description, classification, etc.)
  • Social Media
  • Create banners,
  • Translations
    • Product descriptions
    • Newsletters/ social media publications
    • SEO texts (web indexation)
    • Customer Service
      • Processing customer service queries (orders, fraud, etc.)
      • Be in contact with transport agents
      • Sales tasks
      • Monitoring
        • Competition
        • E-reputation
        • Market trends
        • General trade
        • Analysis and improvement of web content performance
        • Analysis and increase of client online behavior

Your profile:

• Strong communication skills & strong writing skills
• Strong organizational skills (implement instructions, being polite, being capable to adapt fast & working autonomously, react quickly)
• Strong analytical skills (analyzing the situation and finding the correct solution)
