Student looking for an accomodation in Lyon / Solaize

I'm a German enginnering student and I'm going to write my master's thesis at the IFPEN in Solaize. Im looking for a furnished accomodation nearby, preferably witch a kitchen and a wasching maschine. I'd prefer a calm environment but of course I'm looking forward to meeting new people. It would be nice if there was a contact person who speaks English or German since my French still needs improvement.
