Man 20 years old looking for housing (and maybe roommates) near the 9e Arr or Vivieux lyon

I am Sergio, I study Business and Mangement and will spend the second semester (2016/2016) studying Marketing in IDRAC, so I am looking for housing in Lyon, either near the 9e Arr or Vieux Lyon (or otherwise the center). Estudiaré en la Université Lumière Lyon II, así quI divide the house's chores, clean and keep arguing to a minimum. I also like to have a good time, specially if my roommates are having a good time too, so I like fun but keeping respect in the way of life and no trouble.
