22 y'old m looking for accommodation in lyon around ujm

I have been living in student houses for 6-7 years so i can adapt to anything and just looking for decent/cheap place to stay around ujm. I will be attanding ujm droit. No preference on smoking or private/shared room even party allnight or not :) i would like to stay with students who can communicate in english or french.
