21 year old student from New Zealand, looking for accommodation near Jean-Moulin III

I'm a Kiwi student studying French, Art History and Spanish and am looking for a flat to live in during my exchange in the first semester of the 2016/2017 term. Would be cool to practice my French with some French flatmates but also would be equally as glad with some English speakers too! I love to have fun, I really want to travel around a bit, and would prefer to live with people around the same age as me. I have about 2 years experience flatting, and love to cook and keep the place I live in clean :)
