Accommodation - Lyngby/Copenhaguen 2018/2019

Hi! My name is Belén, I'm 23 and I live in Spain. I study Civil Engineering in Valencia (UPV) and I'm going to be on an exchange program next autumn at DTU (Lyngby Campus).
I'm looking for some accommodation near the university. I would prefer to stay in a residence during the 4 mothns, but I'm also interested in offers from student apartments in the zone.
I'm tidy, responsible and friendly. I do not smoke, but I do not mind live with smokers. Also, I do not have pets, but I accept them.
Finally, I would prefer an accomodation with an individual room, or a double-room, unless it is in a residence.
