31 year old man, non-smoking- looking for a studio in Luxembourg

My name is Moein, and I am a 31year old man. I am student in Luxembourg University and looking for a room,studio, flat or apartment to live. I prefer to find a suitable place in Belval and Esch or at least 3 kilometers far from these places. My best budget for studio is about 600Euros and for private room or a shared room in an apartment is about 450 Euro.  it can be rised if conditions will be perfect). Also I am so regular and Sensitive to cleaning.
