20 yo student looking for a flatmate to share an apartment in town from September 2017

I am a Japanese university student who will be going on exchange to the University of Luxembourg from September 2017 to June/July 2018. Although the main campus will be the one in Belval, I prefer to live in town as I am planning to do the internship at the same time.

I HAVE already FOUND an incredibly nice apartment in Bonnevoie with the direct access to Belval, the airport, the Old Town and most major companies in Luxembourg, as it is just a stone's throw away from the main station.

The apartment has two bedrooms as well as a spacious living room and kitchen dining room and accommodates up to 3 people (plus our guests/friends when visiting us), and the property is fully furnished.

The monthly rent would range from 250 to 350 euros including all the charges and Wi-Fi, depending on how many people would share.

I, myself, is a very sociable, friendly and very clean person who loves to cook pescetarian/vegetarian dishes. I speak Japanese, English and a smattering of French; language shouldn't be a problem!
