34 year old boy, looking for an accomodation in Wittenberg

I am a 34 year old boy and will be staying in Germany to pursue my PHD Program. I have got admission in the Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics. I am looking for a single room for myself which can be in an studio apartment or in a bigger apartment. The apartment must have basic amenities such as basic furniture including bed, study table with chair and cupboards. Moreover geyzer, room heating as well as operational kitchen. In case someone has a matching room to offer....please inform me mentioning the rent.

I am a easy going man and I have already completed my MBA program from University of Sunderland (England). I like meeting new people and making new friends. I do not have a problem in sharing the apartment with boys or girls. I prefer to stay with students or working professionals.
