27 years old PhD student looking for accommodation in Lund

I’m a PhD researcher who is going to do a research stay at Lund University and that is why I'm looking for accommodation in Lund. I also want to highlight that I currently live on my own, so I can be considered responsible and tidy. I consider myself kind so I think I could easily share an apartment, but I’m also looking for a whole apartment for me. I can also mention that my hobbies are swimming, trekking, reading and cooking and I’m not interested in partying (I don’t smoke and I don’t have pets). My maximum budget is SEK 7500.
