30 years old PhD student looking for accomodation in Lulea

I'm a PhD student in Istanbul Technical University,Turkey. I will study a part of my thesis in Lulea at LTU. I can spend 3200kr/ month for housing or a litle bit more. My flight to Lulea is at 31st October 2012 but i could not still find a house yet. Is there any avaliable room for me and is it near to LTU? I would be very happy if you help me?
