Why did you choose to go to Luleå, Sweden?

To be honest I haven't chosen Luleå. I was doing my traineeship at my university and I enjoyed it a lot. That is why my teachers aim me to continue the project in another university, which was Luleå because they are in touch.

You will meet a lot of people and you will enjoy!

Would you recommend the city and the University of Luleå to other students?

Yes! I am sure it will be completely opposite at what you are used to. Different doesn't mean worse, it is amazing.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Luleå?

Yes! but normally is not difficult. For me it was because I was here with a traineeship contract, not as student. Go directly to Heimstaden page and chose pörsogarden. It is close to the university and the best place you can go.

How much does it cost to live in Luleå?

300€ aprox. the rent; 250€ shopping per month.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Luleå from your city?

Plane. You must stop in Arlanda Airport to go to Luleå. The best for me is Norwegian; change the language into Swedish and use the code UNDER26. You will get a big discount.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Luleå in the future?

Don't change money. You will always pay with card. There are a lot of places where they don't take money.
