Yes, it is. Le Piano is a good and cheap restaurant. You have also chinese food, durum's, italian food, a creperie (savory pancakes)

Is the nightlife good in Louvain-la-Neuve? Where is good to go?

Yes, it's really nice. People talk with you even if they doesn't know you. In the bars, in the university circles (CESEC, CASA, CI ecc... )
