Financial Accounting & Marketing Internship & Art room Assistant 

Administrative financial work: Monday, Tuesday,                                                   Friday from 9.00 AM till 6.00 PM.

-Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances.

-Help oversee and manage individual customer and company accounts

-Data entry from bank statements, receipts and PayPal into Sage

-Create, send, and follow up on sales invoices using quick books

-Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets

-Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct

-Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees

-Assist the company director in creating financial reports

-Answers question and provide assistance to customers and suppliers as needed

-Booking bank statements

-Making Excel lists for example client class and holiday camp registers Send reminders for invoice payments using sage

Art Lessons/camps and parties

-Helps children with the Art Lesson on Saturday from 9.00 AM till 5.00 PM & Sunday from 9.00 AM till 12.30 PM.

-Prepare the studio for the lessons; assist in the occasional birthday party and at art camp if relevant.
