Events Sales Assitant

Hi there,

We are actually looking for a passionate intern as sales assistant in our creative events agency. 

Environment

The intern will support the Creative Director and Sales Executive at the Cult HQ! We are a creative agency that provides high standard, bespoke events from production, staff and catering to branding, design and consultancy through fast, diverse and flexible services. We are specialised in providing food and drink activations for global brands. 

Mission

Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Research new prospect and update database
• Provide administrative, project management and analytical support to the Sales within the UK

• Track and document projects: milestones, action points, & deliverables

• Develop and refine spreadsheets and presentations

• Interact with ops team regarding project updates
• Participate to events
• Send newsletter/management of Social media

Profile

COMPETENCIES

Required:

• Ability to work in fast-paced office environment
• Good communication skills
• Have great customer service/sales skills 
• Search for new challenges within events 
• Be a team player 

Desired:

• Degree in Hospitality/Events
• Background in events/hospitality

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Required:

• Strong Pack office skills (excel, powerpoint, word) 

• Must be highly organized and able to track large amounts of data and information effectively

• Should be comfortable working in start up environment
• English at a business level

Desired:

• In Design / Photoshop
• English at a business level

EDUCATION

Required:

• Bachelor Degree or BTEC international business/hospitality/communication/events management
