Job description:

• Answer inbound customer calls
• Provide support within requested area
• Advice customer on appropriate actions

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of one of the languages: German / Italian / Portuguese / French / Dutch / Swedish / Finnish or Norwegian
• Good command of English
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work in a local & global teams
