two adults with two babies is looking for a studio or flat in Lodz with isolated kitchen and bath (not for share)

Isolated apartment or studio with kitchen and bathroom, washing facilities, internet connection, Tv and simple furniture at least. I am with my family, baby girls aged 1 and 2,5 and their nanny, so kitchen and bathroom is obligatory to be included in the flat or studio (/i don't want to share them). It will be preferable if it is not too far from the university of Lodz in particular Campus of Faculty of Philology.
I prefer studio to flat though it is no problem if there will be flat in reasonable price.
