18 year old girl (student) is looking for accommodation in Lodz

I am responsible, take care of what I have, I keep the apartment clean. I am ready to pay for accommodation in advance for the whole period of stay in lODZ. I am going to Lodz as an exchange student for 1 semester, I will come at the end of September 2015. I am going to study at the University of Lodz. I am from Kazakhstan, Almaty. I speak English, Russian, Kazakh and I have basic skills of French and German languages.
