Slovenian-speaking annotation

I am Áron Bédi market analyst at D-Tag Europe Ltd.

Our company is providing social and online media analytics to other companies. We deal with text-analytics.

We have short/medium-term (home office) job opportunity for students. We are looking for 3 Slovenian speakers (they must speak English as well to communicate with me and my colleagues) to perform some simple annotation tasks. The work would be remote (home office).

Ultimately, the goal of the project is to train an algorithm that will be just as good as a fluent speaker in reading and understanding the Slovenian language.

About the project:

• annotation tasks for language text, where annotators have to read the text and categorize them (based on the instructions received).

Duration: approx. 6 weeks, 31stof May, 2020

Kick-off: April, 2020

Required hours: 3-4 hours/day, total of approx. 100 hours overall/language/annotator

Requirements:

• participate in online team meetings (weekly)
• log hours in platform
• native language skills and English (for meetings)

Hourly rate: gross 6 USD/hour
