Traveling Doctor of Economics, Looking for appartment for legal purposes

Hi, 

As a PhD holder in Economics, I travel a lot around European continent for my professional career and for some formalities I need a registered address and lease contract in Ljubljana for my regular mails. I am ready to finance with Eur50 per month any student staying in any appartment (NOT in student doorms) that plans to or rents any appartment on my name (lease agreement should be on my name). I will reimburse 50 euro per months upon submitting to me the copy of the rent payment proof. 

I will only need him/her/them to send me all regular mails received on my name scanned to my e-mail. The lease contract should be for 9-12 months (prolongation possible if no mail is lost) starting Sep 2017.
