22 yo guy and a colleague looking for place to stay

Students going on JSI institute from 24.9 till end of the year. We come from Croatia and are looking forward to spending some time in Ljubljana.  We are outgoing but like peace and quiet. Currently we are having trouble finding place to stay and hope we wont have to cancel our student mobility. Place we are looking for is room/apartment preferably  with separate rooms but two bed room is also acceptable. It should be not too far of institute so we can use public transport or car.
