22 years old students from Russia are looking for accommodation in Ljubljana

Hello! My name is Dmitriy and I am from Russia, Moscow.

I and a friend of mine are urgently looking for an apartment for long term rent. We have just enrolled to Faculty of Economics of University of Ljubljana and we are having troubles with finding preferable accomodation. Ideal desired conditions are:

Bezigrad district near the Faculty of Economics
Fast and permanent Wi-Fi connection
2 separate bedrooms
The most important household appliances (washing machine, iron)
Combined bathroom

Budget: up to 700 euros per month including communal payments.

We are also considering the option of renting a three-room apartment for three people (with one more common friend) with the options above in the price range from 800 to 900 euros per month with utilities.
