19-year-old male student, non-smoker and organised

I´m a student of the University of liverpool, I´m studying business management and next course (2019/20) will be my second year in Liverpool and although I stay in a good student accommodation I would like a cheaper place where I can be closer to my flatmates. Im Spanish and I can speak both English and Spanish so would have no problem with any nationality, although I prefer Spanish people. Even though Liverpool is not a quite large city I prefer somewhere near the University for not having to wake up so early in the mornings... An accommodation with all the bills included and with internet connection already installed. People usually says Im funny and a bit crazy, Im neither shy nor too open, but Im sociable and always have something to talk about. To finish... I dont smoke and Im quite clean and organised, but have no problem if you smoke.
