10 week accommodation for two Australian female students

Hello,

We are two Australian girls, aged 21 and 30 looking for short term accomodation for 10 weeks in Liverpool UK. We are two students coming for exchange. We will be working full time for 10 weeks at hospitals throughout Liverpool and so will have the same work hours as full-time working professionals.

We are preferably looking for a fully furnished share house with 2 availiable double bed rooms for £80 p/w or less, with WiFi included. Any property without or with very low letting fees are most desirable.

Close to public transport and University of Liverpool is also desirable.

We will not have UK tenancy references so will only look at properties who accept international tenancy references and who do not charge extra for this.

We are prepared to pay a security deposit and 1 month's rent upfront prior to moving in.

As we will not be in Liverpool until the end of June, we will be unable to look at the property in person, so photos of the property (rooms and all living areas) are a must.
