Paid Summer Internship ( English + Portuguese Speaking)

We're looking for a Summer Intern to work within our newly founded Lisbon Airsorted office for the next 6-8 weeks, 5 days a week. You'll be tasked to maintain relationships, build and scale up our client (or hosts as we call them) relations. You'll be part of an exciting, rapidly expanding team, and gain fantastic start up experience!
Your time will be divided between time in the office, ensuring our hosts are happy, and assisting the Airsorted Lisbon team - and out and about Lisbon, visiting new hosts' homes and ensuring that they are on boarded to the Airsorted platform in an efficient and timely manner.

What will you be doing

• • • Supporting the newly founded Lisbon office in their rapid expansion plans
    • Creating eye catching and informative home listings on platforms like Airbnb, booking.com and more
    • Writing incredible copy which builds trust and entices guests to book our hosts home
    • Keeping a close eye on our quality control, making sure that only the best photos are displayed on our listings, that all amenities are correct and our pricing algorithm reflects our hosts expectations
    • Building relationships with other departments like our Guest Experience Team and Maintenance Team to keep our hosts happy and informed at all times
    • Reaching out to our amazing hosts, ensuring they are thrilled with their Airsorted experience and updating our internal systems with new information

• • • You’re both logical and creative with a strong ability to work to deadlines
    • You have an ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment as well as individually.
    • A doer. Someone who is versatile, able to get the job done whatever obstacle presents itself
    • In love with the property, travel, or start up industry
    • Startup experience or the desire to progress in a startup environment
