Studio or room in a studious postgrad house required

I am a mature student using the libraries of Portugal to conduct my PhD research. I am sociable but generally regimented with my daily routine, so I like to be able to go to sleep at 2200 if necessary. As such, I would love to find a room in a postgrad house or a studio to keep my own space. I am really tidy, even when I cook. I am likely to be out for most of the day during the week as the library is 0900-1730 and I usually go to the gym after that. Every third weekend I will be visiting home and I have family in the Algarve so may be visting them too. Essentially, I may not be around too much to bother anyone. If you want someone like this, let me know.
