Looking for studio/T1 in Lisbon

Hi, I am looking for a studio for me and my family (my wife and my 1 year old son). I am going to stay in Lisbon for 3 months (starting early November) to finish my master thesis. The studio should has wi-fi, room heater, water heater, washing machine, and kitchen tools. It will be very nice if it is located near ISCTE. However, generally it is ok located everywhere in Lisbon as long as it is near to the public transportation.
