Looking for rooms in Lisbon

Hello everybody, I am Simone, from Italy, arrived yesterday in Lisbon and I will stay here for 6 months in Erasmus with a colleague.
At moment we stay at 'The Indipendente' hostel, but we are searching for a room!
We would like to spend about 200/300 € each room, and the preferred areas are:
Cais do Sodrè, Baixa, Chiado, Rossio, Restauradores.
