Looking for room near UCP for 6+ months

I am a laid back guy who enjoys to meet new people and will start his masters in UCP. I do my chores around the house and like to engage in conversation. I am looking for a place near UCP, this is my main concern since this will make my studies easier on a daily basis. Regarding roomates, all the matters is that they're friendly and help out around the house :)
