Hi! My name is Nino, I’m 25 years old, and I’m a clean, organized, and responsible person. I’m an international student from Georgia, planning to study at IADE - Creative University in Lisbon. While I’m focused on my studies, I also enjoy socializing, exploring new places, and having fun. I value a balanced lifestyle, including healthy living, working out, and occasionally cooking. I’m friendly and outgoing, and I love meeting new people, making memories, and traveling.

Accommodation Preferences:

I’m looking for a comfortable and quiet space where I can focus on my studies but also enjoy a friendly and social living environment. Ideally, I’d prefer a private room, but I’m open to sharing a flat with 1-2 female roommates if it fits my budget.

I’d love to live near Oriente Green Campus or close to a metro station with easy access to my university. A safe and quiet neighborhood is ideal, but I’m also flexible and willing to explore different areas as long as it’s accessible to public transport.

My studies will start in September, though I’m still confirming the exact dates, so I’m considering moving in around the end of August or beginning of September.
