Looking for 2 years accomodation

I'm looking for accomodation in the centre of Lisbon close to Bairro Alto if it's possible for the next 1-2 years. I need something where guests are allowed in case my parents wanna visit me once. I don't mind about the number or the gender of my housemates. I am a clean and quiet person and I need a desk where I can study.
