Erasmus student looking for an individual room in Lisbon

Hello everyone! I am Czech student who is going to do Erasmus and I am looking for a room (better individual) in shared apartment near the University of Lisbon. I prefer the apartment is completely furnished, there is a equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom and WIFI. The expenses of services such as water, electricity, gas should be included in the monthly rent price. I would like to pay between 200 - 300 euros per month. I'm not looking for a luxury hotel, just a normal room. Thank you for your offers and any information.
I think I am a nice person who doesn't have problems with others. I am responsible, tidy and well-behaved.
