Erasmus student looking for accomodation near ISCTE-IUL

I'm a Chinese girl and I'm looking for a single room near ISCTE-IUL.I will be arriving in around mid September and will study at ISCTE-IUL for one semester till January. I'm quite an easygoing girl and I prefer living with people of the same kind.I am looking for a sunny room with at least a window, a desk and a wardrobe. I hope I could live people who are respectful and tidy/clean.
