Erasmus student in my thirties, looking for cozy and quiet accomodation in Lisbon near red metro line (Oriente/Alameda)

Hi! I'm an Erasmus student coming to Lisbon from Belgum this September, and I'm looking for a calm, cozy place to stay from mid-September until the end of January.

I enjoy calm spaces where everyone can do their own thing. I love slow mornings, going for walks near the sea, discovering cafés to work from, and exploring Lisbon’s culture, shops, and museums at my own pace. I’m tidy, independent, and like having time to myself but also appreciate good energy and casual chats at home. 

I’m looking for a furnished private room in a tidy, non-party, non-smoking flat. Ideally with bills and Wi-Fi included, and good natural light for studying.

Preferred areas: anywhere along or near the Red Metro Line, especially:

• Olivais

• Chelas

• Alameda

• Saldanha

• Cabo Ruivo

• Bela Vista

• Roma / Areeiro

My budget is up to €450/month, bills included. €500 if the place is in a perfect location or has the right setup.
