Hello!
We are a couple searching for a 1-bedroom apartment close to IADE (walking distance), preferred areas are Principe Real, Estrela, Rato, Campo de Ourique, Lapa, Santos. The rent could preferably be maximum 700 €. I am studying a full bachelor degree in IADE and my boyfriend is working full-time and also studying his masters degree. We are searching for a long-term home.
At the moment we are not looking for flatmates, we prefer to have one appartment only for us.
We are very tidy tenants and we treat our rental apartment as good as it was our own. We are reliable and we don't smoke.
We could move in 1st of May, 2016. We would like to visit the apartment before making a conctract.
