Business student looking for flat to share with other students

I'm a 27 year old business student from Finland who is coming to study at IST for spring semester. I'm social and chill person who likes to go to gym and play different types of sports. I like to go out with my friends and have fun time but I also respect my roommates when for example they need to study hard and require more peaceful place to study at the apartment. I'm looking for apartment to share with 2 to 5 persons. I would prefer my own room though as sometimes its good to have your own space to relax. Rent can be from 300€ to 550€.

From my roommates I'm looking for that they are open and social persons as me. They are not afraid to meet new people and they also know how to relax/have fun occasionally. I have already been once in exchange at Athens and I shared apartment with one French, one Spanish and one Finnish guy and we came along really well and had really fun time so I have experience about living with roommates. As a roommate I like to keep apartment clean and help in different types of tasks.
