35 years old, post-graduated, looking for a single room in Lisbon or Almada

I'm from Cagliari (Sardinia, Italy) and I'm going to spend next 3 and 1/2 months (mid June till September) for a traineeship at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Faculty of Science and Technology (Caparica). I'm not a student, then I will be there for work and not to have parties all the time...
I'm looking for a quiet single room in a shared apartment (preferably with max 3 other people, best if not-too-young) in Almada or Lisbon, not too far from the Faculty or the metro, but not in an isolated zone.
I don't smoke (and I don't like who does) and I don't have pets (but I love them). Absolutely need for a wi-fi connection. If possible, max 300 €/month, bills included.
