32 years old girl looking for cheap accomodation - one room

Hello!

My name is Silvia and I will be a Grundtvig assistant to an NGO in Lisbon from the 7th of november to the 31th of July. I am sociable and easy to get by with. I'm not a very high stickler when it comes to order, but if neccesary, I can make do. I don't expect to have a very rich night life or to party every week.

I am looking for one bedroom in a shared accomodation, as cheap as possible as long as it is still clean, with a kitchen for cooking. Easy access to public transportation is neccesary (less than 1 km). I also need internet access.

The roommates I'm searching for should like harmony and peace and be able communicate their needs, likes and dislikes in a civilised way. Also, they should mostly uphold the laws. At home I am living alone, so I am handy around the house. I don't mind boys as flatmates as long as they know how to return the respect I am offering to them and they clean at least once in two weeks the common areas.
