25 years old medical student looking for cheap accomodation in Lisbon

I'm seeking for an affordable accomodation under 200€/month [bills included] in Lisboa near to Hospital (due to Erasmus internship). Roommates OK. I'm fluent english speaker.
I'm a non-smoker person so I would avoid smoky places or smoking mates. Preferably I'm looking for a calm place than a noisy nightlife-rich dorm place.
At this point of preparation I will resident Lisbon from 13 September 2014 till 5 December 2014, so basically 3 months of period.
