24 yo from MSc student from Italy. Looking for a mixed gender flat in Lisbon

• ABOUT ME:
I'm a 24 yo incoming MSc Management student at NOVA SBE in the spring intake and I will be in Lisbon from mid January.
I am a sociable person and I love meeting new people. I'm clean, pretty neat and respectful of the common areas.
• WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
I'm looking for a private room or a flat to share possibly with double bed and next to the blue line (Rato, Marques de Pombal, Rua da bica, Saldanha, Baixa-Chiado, Barrio Alto) but I'm open to other proposals.
It's not the first time that I'm going to share a flat, I lived in past both in all male flat and mixed, and I prefer a mixed one.
A common balcony will be a plus. And of course Wi-Fi is a must.
