24 year old guy from Spain, searching for flatmates.

My name is Alejandro López from Spain. Since I am going to start a master in Lisbon next September, I would like to find some people to live with.

If I had to describe myself, I would say that I am very sociable and easygoing. I would like to find people who enjoy having a good environment at home, being nice and polite with others. I can say that I am a tidy person who has been living for more than a couple of years in shared flats and understands what "living with others" means (cleaning, silence, time togheter and on your own, study and rest time...). During the years that I have been living with flatmates I have really loved to spend time with them doing daily activities (cooking, studying...) as well as going out for drinks. Like everyone, I also need a private space to spend time on my own. I am able to speak Spanish, English and Italian (I hope also Portuguese in the future).

I will be studying in the faculty of economics (ISEG) and I would like to live close to it. Despite this, if the flat is well conected by public transport there is no need for me to live near the faculty. In regards to my flatmates, I would like them to be clean, tidy, sociable, openminded, reasonable, mature and sensible. Living togheter can sometimes be challenging since we all are used to different ways of living, that is why it is so important to be opened to dialog. Concerning the type of accommodation, my idea is to rent a room (350€ max) inside a shared flat with common spaces for at least 10 months.
