23 year old Master's student looking for accommodation in Lisbon

hey all!
I will be attending Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics for a postgraduate exchange starting September 2017 and ending in December 2017 so I'm looking for a place to stay during that time :) I'm 23 and very easy going; I can live with guys, girls, dogs, cats, smokers, non-smokers - literally anyone. I speak fluent polish and english, and if you speak portuguese, that's awesome! maybe you can teach me a little :)
what I was hoping to find:
- within 45 minutes walking distance to the school
- an oven and stove in the kitchen because I love to cook at home
- my own room, but everything else can be common because I'm a sharer :)
- my budget is maximum 270 euros (bills included)
