Olà! I'm 23 year old Italian student coming to Nova this year starting late August . I am looking for a room until the end of December ideally with no more than 4/5 rooms and at a maximum price of 400/450 euro monthly (bills included) located near the cascais train stations, thus nearby Cais Do sodrè, Baixa/Chiado/Rossio, Bairro Alto, Santos, Bica, Alcantara, Lapa. I am friendly and easy-going, tidy and clean, respectful and always up for a beer or meeting new people!
