23 year old girl from Poland looking for single room in Lisbon

I'm a cheerful and easy going person. I'm really open and I like to chat and get to know new people. I'm studing film studies in Poland (Kraków). I'm cleaning after myself and care about things around me, so there will be no problem. I'm speaking Spanish, English, Italian and learning Portuguese ;) I'm looking for a single room with window. The maximum price is around 370/380, but i would prefer something around 300. I would also prefer neighbourhood of Universidade Autonoma (Rua de Santa Marta)- up to 40 minutes by foot. But i will consider also more far districts with good communication.
