I'm going to study at FDUL - Faculdade de direito de Lisboa in the spring semester (February-July). I'm looking for a room, especially near the city centre (Bairro Alto, Baixa Chiado, Marques de Pombal, Picoas, ecc..)
The maximum price should be 300, with all bills included.
The room should be brightful and with a window or a balcony.
