Hello,
I'm a laid back 22 year old boy who loves art and music. I like having jokes. I'm very sociable and love making new friends. I like to relax and listen to music and make art and eat nice food.
I'd ideally like a place close to the Fine Arts University, with lots of windows/natural light. A spacious living room with comfy sofas and natural light and a nice kitchen with natural light. A room to myself with lots of natural light. The main thing I want is spacious with lots of natural light and close to the Fine Arts University.
I'm hoping to pay no more than 375 a month maximum, with bills and wifi included. However if it's really good I could probably stretch to 450 max.
