20 yo girl looking for a room in Lisboa!

Hello everyone! I'm an Italian girl that will be in erasmus in Lisboa for the first semester of 2015/2016. I was looking for a room to rent around Santos-Cais do sodre-Baixa (somewhere in the city center but max 30-35 mins to Universidade Nova SBE). I am really easy-going, i have no preference about smoke or pets, but there has to be a reasonable proportion of people/bathroom :) Also it's better if there's a desk in the room, and the possibility to host guests sometimes!
